Philosophy

The personal goal of Le Rondini Farm is to implement and share practices rooted in circular agriculture, environmental respect, seasonality, and “zero-km” sourcing.

Circular agriculture is a sustainable production model that aims to minimize resource waste by reusing scraps, residues, and by-products. This avoids excessive environmental exploitation and gives new purpose to materials that would otherwise be discarded. In line with this philosophy, our farm offers products based on seasonality—strictly what our garden can produce without the use of additives or greenhouses. This allows us to provide healthy, high-quality food that retains all its natural sensory properties.

As this farmhouse is our home, we are particularly attentive to environmental needs. We care deeply about helping our guests understand the importance of sustainability, as every small individual gesture can lead to great results for everyone. For this reason, we are committed to passing these values on to adults and children through structured events designed to share ancient knowledge—focused on the “patience” of the seasons, manual craftsmanship, and building a true connection with our surroundings.

Educational Farm

Love and care for nature and animals are pillars that define the work of Le Rondini Farm. The knowledge passed down to us by our grandparents finds further expression through our educational farm activities for children.

Our projects aim to introduce children to nature, teaching them how to listen to it, how to care for it, and how to establish a deep bond with the environment and the farm animals.

Our workshops are designed both for schools (preschool and primary) and for families who wish to spend a different kind of Sunday with their children. As with our other activities, the type of workshop is influenced by the season and the weather, as they take place outdoors. For this reason, they are offered from April to September.

Please do not hesitate to contact us for further information and bookings.

Events

Le Rondini Farm aims to share its philosophy with adults as well through events focused on spreading ancient knowledge related to our local rural traditions. These occasions also offer the chance to taste our products and relax in our garden.

These events take place from March to September, as they are held outdoors. Reservations are required, so please do not hesitate to contact us, even just for information.
